Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
At Partspick.in, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you receive a wrong or damaged product, we are here to help with a hassle-free replacement or refund process.
1. Return & Replacement Eligibility
* Returns or replacements will be accepted only in cases of wrong or damaged products delivered.
* To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must raise the request within 3 days of receiving the order.
* Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase and images/videos clearly showing the issue.
2. Replacement Delivery Timeline
* Once your return or replacement request is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.
* Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, but we aim to ensure delivery within 7–10 business days from approval.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in case of:
* Order cancellations within the eligible timeframe.
* Defective or damaged product that cannot be replaced.
* The fee paid to Partspick.in will be retained unless the error is from our end (e.g., wrong or defective product shipped).
4. Refund Credit Timeline
* Upon approval of a refund, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
* You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
5. Cancellation Terms
* Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at contact.partspick.in@gmail.com or through our website.
* Cancellation requests after 24 hours of order placement will not be eligible for a refund.
* The date of first payment is considered as the official “Date of Order Placement.”
6. Delays & Delivery Guarantee
We strive to deliver all products within the stated timelines. However, delays may occur due to public or government holidays, logistic issues, or natural events beyond our control.
