Cancellation Policy — Prepaid Orders
Once a prepaid order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, and the amount paid is non-refundable, except where the product delivered is wrong, damaged, or defective (see Replacement Policy above). Please review your part selection (make, model, variant, and compatibility) carefully before completing payment, as orders cannot be reversed once confirmed.
Cancellation Policy — Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, our team will call you to confirm the order before it is processed for dispatch. You may cancel the order at that time by informing our team during this confirmation call, free of cost.
If our team is unable to reach you after two (2) call attempts, or if the order is not cancelled during this confirmation call, the order will be processed and dispatched as per the standard timeline and cannot be cancelled thereafter.
